Due to access issues with mobile phones and other devices we are now permitting members to sign in from outside Australia. New accounts are still only available within Australia.

We have now had several complaints regarding the services offered by www.safedivert.com.au (www.safedivert.com).

The service is promoted a way to contact people via a third party using SMS messages, anonymously, without disclosing your phone number.

The cost is (currently) AU$5 per message. In order to stop the service you are required to respond; thus potentially incurring a $5 charge.

We have no association with www.safedivert.com.au. We do not endorse, or recommend them. We are unsure at this point whether members are making legitimate use of the service, or whether member(s) are acting out of commercial interests. We will continue to investigate the use of this service by members.

firstkiss.com.au has not, and will not disclose your personal details (including your phone number) to any third party, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Please treat your phone number as confidential. We do not recommend divulging any personal information to other members without first establishing a base of trust, using anonymous messaging services provided for you at firstkiss.com.au.

If you are considering contacting a member using safedivert.com.au, please consider the potential costs incurred by both yourself and the person you are contacting. Remember, free, anonymous messaging is available right here on the site.

Some users have not been able to access the site recently due our software incorrectly determining their location. We currently, and will continue to, deny access to people outside of Australia. Unfortunately there are still some bugs to be ironed out, but with the helpful feedback we are receiving from users we hope to have these issues resolved quickly.

We currently anticipate resolving the known access issues by close of business Tuesday 4/12.

It's been a slow week for member sign ups due to a Google Adwords bug which has prevented our ads from being displayed. Unfortunately this problem is totally out of our control, so all we can do is keep harassing Google for a solution and wait it out.

The problem is at least partially resolved, so more fresh faces should start cropping up over the coming days.

One of our other advertising partners, who we won't name, has also contributed to the lack of new faces lately as they refuse to run our add because our beautiful female firstkiss.com.au model has been deemed "too provocative" (see photo right). Oh well. We might have to actually think of something some clever adds rather than relying on our sexy models :)
